Vintage Rolls Razor Sheffield Steel Shaving Razor "The razor that is stropped and honed in its case" This beautiful Rolls Razor was a complete luxury shaving set in a box.  The nickel plated case is a rigid rectangular frame with rounded corners enclosed by two detachable lids, one lid has a stone and the other a strop.  The blade inside the case is attached to the honing bar that slides back and forth on the red leather strop, or the sharpening stone.  The blade has a safety guard with pivot action that allows it to vary the shaving angle while providing safe operation.  (Text courtesy Wikipedia).
