Welcome to V oodoo Daggers, purveyors of hand made knives. VD grew out of a deep love... as it usually does ..., but ours was for knives and knife related gear (what were you thinking of?). We lean towards fancy folders and Japanese inspired knives such as Tanto's, Dashi's, Dao's, Aikuchi's, Kanagawa's, Karambit's, Kiridashi 's, Katana's, and Wakasashi's. We love anything with a Hamon! Here you will find what we believe to be some of the best examples of knives in their category, and some of the best prices available today.. Many purveyors buy our knives, and resell them somewhere else... so, buy them while they last. We also have knifemakers on staff making our branded Voodoo Dagger knives, and we have an extensive knife network learning about, and acquiring new knives all of the time. If there is something that you want, and don't see it here, often, we can either find it for you, or create it from raw steel.... and then, you too...

One of the finest examples of a Hamon we have ever seen.  Japanese wrap over real ruby red stingray skin with Steve's custom Kydex sheath. Clay tempered 1050 carbon steel with hand rubbed satin finished surface. Museum-quality solid Sterling Silver Menuki's from Fred Lohman in Portland, Ore, he is the premier Japanese Samurai Sword supply  and restoration expert. Hand tied Turk's head knot. This knife is serial # 0.  Which means this is Steve's presentation grade knife.  Truly a one-of-a-kind. A highly visible and lively Hamon (temper line). From Master Knifemaker Terry Renner The Gamblers Push Dagger Extremely unique blade grind.  Deeply hollow ground and highly polished on one edge of each opposing side making for a hollow ground chisel grind.  When viewed from the tip of the blade back to the handle it resembles a Besh Wedge where the tip is at an angle to the rest of the blade.   Rare and  beautiful   Chinese luminescent powder swirled resin handles.
